Been here with my girlfriend every time we’re down here and it’s a lovely little place with great late night snacks, treats and delights! Their monthly specials are always interesting and creative and something perfect for any time of the year! Absolutely love the place and I look forward to more phenomenal trips/date nights here in the future!!!
This place reminds me of The Witches Brew in Hempstead cozy, eclectic, and full of charm! It’s such a cute spot to grab coffee, drinks, or small bites. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for hanging out or getting a little work done. I tried the hot chocolate, and it was absolutely decadent and delicious rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
What a special place tucked away next to the Wantaugh train station. It is a really cool coffee shop with some delicious desserts, bohemian vibes, and young energy. I really enjoyed my blueberry pie with vanilla ice cream and cappuccino. Most importantly, the service was excellent. Francesca, Katrina and Joy were all excellent. My wife and I sat at the counter and had the opportunity to see how well this staff worked together. They were a well-oiled machine. In addition, they were all attentive, helpful, personable, and professional. We truly enjoyed grabbing dessert and this fantastic find and look forward to coming back.
Great little coffeehouse with top notch and extremely friendly service. An incredible big selection of interesting drinks including monthly specials, I would love to try them all but afraid of the risk of an exploding heart, will definitely come back to continue my drink menu experience.
I am going to admit - I have not been to The Cup in decades cause I no longer live on the Island. I remember when The Cup first opened when I was in high school. Me and my friends spent so many nights there just hanging out, talking over delicious coffee, eating wonderful (Pastries). 5 stars for the memories and the longevity. I also loved it cause it gave a place to those who don't drink alcohol a really cool, fun, hip, artsy place to hang. I hope you have many more years of continued success. And to some of the reviewers - it's been around since the 90s. It doesn't need your "free" advertising. And it's an actual COFFEE HOUSE. If you want sanitized and presentable go to starbucks.
I love this place!! Cozy seating, nice people, good food. They have a great selection of coffees and teas and non-dairy milk options. Their Cajun fries are super crispy. The brownie sundae is amazing. It was warm, topped with dairy free ice cream, chocolate cookie, and raspberry cream sauce. Also, if you get a vegan milkshake, (s'mores flavor is awesome) ask them to blend in a vegan brownie. It's delicious!!! Update 8/2021 Went here a few nights ago with some friends and ordered 3 lattes to go. They weren't busy, yet the "lattes" ended up tasting like watered down coffee with milk and it was way overpriced. I won't give this place my business any longer.
A really fun, inviting coffee house that offers a small but wonderful menu ranging from coffee, to desserts and even some food. The space is very cozy, we sat on comfortable leather couches. Service was leisurely, but I found this to be perfectly fine. They have custom art adorning the interior as well. Coffee was great! Perfectly balanced, not overly sweet or bitter. Dessert was also pretty good, and they offer quite a bit of options for you to munch on. Overall, I think its definitely worth checking out. Right off the train station as well, plenty of parking around.
Great service and food. They had special drinks for the month that were fall themed
